Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in the original RitFit packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
